Peerage of Science

The Royal Society

Peerage of Science is a new approach to submitting and peer reviewing scientific research for publication. An independent online service founded by three scientists, its purpose is to encourage, measure and incentivize careful, high-quality peer reviewing work, and also improve the efficiency of the scientific publishing process and thereby reduce the workload on the academic community. The service is free for authors, and used as a submission avenue by a large number of journals - participating publishers include SpringerNature, Taylor & Francis, and numerous scientific societies.
